Inspired by his love of Salvador Dalí and collection of vintage perfume bottles, artist Mat Maitland has imagined a series of otherworldly animations which we have brought to life. This triptych of scenes features a surrealist bottle created by Dalí in 1983 and inspired by his painting of Aphrodite from 1981.

Different coloured vessels are shown alongside a disassembled virtual mannequin, under a perfect blue sky; warped and refracted as though seen through spinning crystalline glass; and balanced on the shaved head of Sigourney Weaver, behind glowing mushrooms, in a mountainous desert world.
